wool dryer balls.

Wool dryer balls cut your drying time down to save energy, helps attract pills so your clothes won't, fluffs towels and diapers like nobody's business, replaces the need for dryer sheets and toxic commercial dryer balls, and are uber cute! Kids (and dogs) love them too, at least mine do as they always disappear when it's time to fold the laundry.

Using 2 balls can greatly reduce static and soften your clothes. When using 6 balls you really begin to cut down on drying time because the balls move the clothes around and allow the air to flow more efficiently. I use up to 8 at a time in my dryer, the more balls the better the fluff!

My wool dryer balls vary in size, but are usually a generous 10-12". I use a five step felting process to ensure that your ball is heavy and will do it's job in the dryer. These may not always be a perfect, round shape but I will assure you that they are built to last. I do lightly scent these as a courtesy before shipping, if you do not want them scented please let me know.

Something else that's different about my dryer balls are they have a weighted core making them more effective that others on the market. Don't make the mistake of going wight a light weight dryer ball because the effectiveness will be lost and you'll simply end up with a toy for the kids.

*If your favorite design is sold out I can surely recreate it for you, but these do take a minimum of 3 weeks to make. Or if you have favorite colors or a creature that you want please let me know, I'm happy to do customs.

woolie beans.

Woolie beans are a concentrated wool wash and lanolin all in one little bean, perfect for washing your wool soakers used in cloth diapering. They also make great individual hand soaps for winter skin, and are perfect for washing those wool socks and sweaters because of their convenient size. Excellent as wipe solution too, and also perfect for quick spot treatments when you don't want to wet an entire bar of wool wash.

. How to Use .
Simply treat the bean as you would lanolin - dissolve in hot/very warm water then add to your sink full of tepid water to wash your wool. I use one bean per wool item, perhaps one bean per two depending on your needs. Remember this is your wool wash, conditioner, and lanolin all in one simple step.

*Please note with warm weather conditions your beans may arrive melted. If this happens simply pop in the freezer and break off chunks as needed, or you may slice them into bits.
Sold in 4oz bags of approximately 90 beans.  Check out the link for yummy scent choices.
